What questions do you ask at interviews?

As one being interviewed for a job what questions do you ask? For those that hire, why do you ask the questions you ask?

A few questions to ask:
Why is the position open?
What's the station's philosophy on live shots?
What brand of barbeque sauce do you put on your grilled chicken at company picnics?
Why do you believe you have a "insert rating"?
What makes this station the best place to work at?

just a few...I'm sure a thousand will follow....

I always ask "What happened to the photographer I'll be replacing?"
