Is it just me or is News Photographer magazine more aimed at still photogs than television photogs? Its like 95% Newspaper content and maybe 5% television content. Or am I incorrect? Its just thats the way it seems to me.

Man, we've had this discussion here several times. Usually a handful of us will talk about how worthless the magazine and the membership in general are. Then some of the NPPA apologists and NPPA board members will jump on to say that they're really trying hard, and that if you want to see more television articles you should pitch ideas or write and submit them yourself. More folks jump in saying they would rather spend the riciculously overpriced membership fee on a lobster dinner, and the NPPA folks counter with strange lists of mostly worthless "benefits" of membership, most of which are contest related, while appealing to guilt and implying that since there's no other organization, if we don't support them we don't support television news photography.

You've been registered since 2003... We haven't had one of those discussions since you've been around?
