Nice market, nice area, nice weather. I just wouldn't live directly IN Charlotte, mostly because of the crappy traffic. If you're looking to move up here, I'd look into something in Gaston County instead of Mecklenburg, you're still only about 20 to 30 min. away from all of the stations, depending on where you are exactly.
