Wow. Sad, real sad. I could only read half way through. Too depressing to read the rest.

What is sad is that he can drive away with his license.

Keep up the good work M.H.

No need to worry about the no weight comments coming from the government bureaucrat. People such as that should take a long hard look in the mirror.

WV....

What's sad is that Whittaker obviously has a problem... and the rehab COULD have helped him and in doing so protected the rest of us on the road... Now he has his license back and doesn't get the treatment... Over a technicality....

Whittakers world is tumbling down upon him. He managed to get off the hook on that particular case; but theres many other cases against him to follow.

He can't even pull out of his own driveway without someone watching over him. If he'd dare to take even one single drink and get onto the road again- he'd most assuradly get pulled over very rapidly.

Theres also the issue of his probable involvement in one of his relatives death- still very much an open case. If indeed he wasn't directly involved- I hope hes able to rest well at night knowing that the facts show he was at the very least indirectly involved.

WV,

I see a major lawsuit in Whittaker's future from the father of Jesse Tribble...

I still love the time he got robbed at the pink pony. Left 500,000 in his truck WHICH WAS STILL RUNNING!
